  • I have inserted the strip, but it does not turn on.
    Make sure that the strip is inserted all the way. Replace the batteries with new ones and try again. If it still does not turn on, contact our customer center.
  • How can I turn the system on and off?
    It is turned on and off automatically depending on whether or not the strip is inserted.
  • Are strips compatible with each other?
    No, they are not. You can only use the strip of your product.
  • What does it mean when the system shows “HI”/”LO?”
    If the blood glucose level ishigher than 600 mg/dL, the “HI” message will appear,which indicates that you have a high blood glucose level that is higher than 600 mg/dL. If the blood glucose level islower than 30 mg/dL, the “LO” message will appear, which indicates that you have a blood glucose level that is lower than 30 mg/dL. If the system shows a “HI” or “LO” message even if you don’t have any physical symptom of hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia, do not change the dosage of the medicine or insulin that you take, and see a doctor or contact our customer center.
  • Is it possible to reuse the strip?
    The strips are disposable and cannot be reused in any case.
  • The result varies greatly every time I check.
    1) Blood volume: Fresh capillary blood should be injected into the strip sufficiently. 2) Keep the stripsin the directed storage environment: Store the stripsin a cool placethat has a temperature of 2–30℃and is free from direct sunlight. 3) Keep the meter and the strip to be used in a place without a big temperature change when the time of their storage and use is more than 30 min. 4) Exercise: The blood glucose level can be lower after exercise. 5) After meals: The blood glucose level after a meal is very different from that before a meal, and blood glucose values change continuously over time. 6) The blood glucose value may vary from finger to finger. 7) Influence of hematocrit: For pregnant women or newborn babies, the result can be inaccurate. 8) Influence of alcohol or water after handwashing: Please dry any alcohol or water completely before testing.
  • I want to purchase strips.

  • What does the “Er1” message mean?
    It means that the batteries are low. You need to replace them with new ones.
  • What does the “Er2” message mean?
    It indicates that you are not in a place withameasurable temperature between 10°C and 40°C. Put the blood glucose monitoring system in a place that has a temperature of10–40°C for more than 10 min, and try again.
  • What does the “Er3”message mean?
    It indicates that a used/contaminated/damaged strip was inserted. Try again with a new strip.
  • What does the “Er4” message mean?
    It indicates that the strip was disconnected duringthe test. Try again with a new strip.
  • What does the “Er5” message mean?
    It indicates that there is something wrong with the blood glucose monitoring system. If you still have the same symptoms at a second try, please contact the place where you purchased the blood glucose monitoring system.
